Job Summary

The Senior Rental Sales Representative plays a critical role in the success of our company, acting as the front-line sales agent for vehicle rentals to current and potential customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the business unit's marketing plan to drive rental sales and maximize market share
  • Maintain accurate data within the company's marketing database to inform sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive rental volume and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and conditions to optimize rental fleet utilization and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • H.S. diploma/GED required; one (1) year or more sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Goal-oriented, driven by results, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions
  • Flexibility to operate in a dynamic environment and self-driven to excel in a team-based setting

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive hourly compensation, ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance options, as well as paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family, and parental leave, and a tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan.
