Job Overview

Mahube-Otwa is seeking a highly motivated and organized Intake Navigator to join our Family Planning program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing phone calls and walk-ins, scheduling appointments, completing intakes, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process phone calls and walk-ins, scheduling appointments and completing intakes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and households
  • Assist with events and community outreach
  • Process applications and other paperwork
  • Work effectively with limited supervision and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
  • HS Diploma (or GED) plus Technical/Vocational certificate and 1 to 3 years related clerical experience
  • Strong organizational, clerical, data entry, and communication skills
  • Ability to work and communicate with people of all backgrounds
  • Good computer skills, including working with email, Internet, data entry, computer files, and databases
  • Strong independent initiative and ability to work effectively with limited supervision
  • Must be able to maintain privacy and confidentiality
  • Must have valid drivers' license
  • Background clearance required
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $22.45/hour
  • Day Shift, Monday – Friday, option for 32 hours/week or 40 hours/week
  • Partial remote work option
  • Location: Detroit Lakes preferred, other locations in service area will be considered
