Job Description

Magneto & Diesel Injector Service Inc is hiring a skilled Customer Service Warranty Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for assisting customers with warranty-related issues and ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, investigating warranty claims, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding warranty claims and provide assistance as needed.
  • Warranty Investigation: Investigate warranty claims to determine validity and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve warranty-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation Management: Manage and maintain accurate documentation related to warranty claims.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of Experience: 2 years of prior customer service or warranty administration experience or relevant industry knowledge.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Experience with the diagnostic and repair of internal combustion engines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents.
  • PC Skills: Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer.
  • Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
