Job Title: Corporate Accounting Manager

Job Description:

At Entegris, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Accounting Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the North America Company Codes in SAP and serving as a resource to all global regional accounting teams.

The Role:

* Manage the month-end close and reporting process for all North American entities, ensuring timely results and adherence to company policies.
* Analyze and book accruals and revenue deferrals, working closely with management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Prepare various levels of reporting, including integration projects, Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) reports, and PP&E consolidated reporting.
* Serve as the master data administrator for profit centers and cost centers within the ERP system.
* Oversee lease accounting software for all entities and provide research, analysis, and assistance to managers as requested.
* Prepare account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions to address issues.
* Approve account reconciliations for staff accountants and other finance team members.
* Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot SAP issues and serve as the system administrator for Blackline.
* Support guidance from the Controllership management function through planned initiatives and ad hoc areas.
* Effectively coordinate and communicate with FP&A related projects, such as AOP and forecasting interactions.
* Assist with SOX, Internal, and External Audits as needed.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Management:

* Manage a team of two direct reports, establishing goals and objectives annually and monitoring progress to enhance staff development.
* Provide training and perform evaluations of team members.
* Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
* Collaborate with other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
* Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and resource utilization while maintaining high accuracy.

What We Seek:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
* Advanced functionality of Excel
* SAP experience preferred
* CPA license preferred
* 7-10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing company with 3+ years of direct management experience ideal
