Senior Financial Analyst

Entegris is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Chaska, MN. As a key business partner to Plant Management, you will provide financial decision support and operational/cost accounting analysis to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret financial results to provide insightful and actionable feedback to management.
  • Support monthly/annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Ensure plant financial forecasts and budgets align with operational, divisional, and corporate goals.
  • Partner with Operations to update material cost, BOM, and routings for cost roll.
  • Review and explain manufacturing variances.
  • Provide business and operations decision support through analysis.
  • Complete month-end close tasks to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Provide financial education and training to non-finance employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of financial analysis experience.
  • Financial modeling and analysis expertise.
  • Cost accounting knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
