Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day account relationships with clients
  • Service customer requests and changes to build positive relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty License
  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
  • A positive team player who is self-motivated

  • Competitive salary range: $39,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
