Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, building trust and rapport with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Property and Casualty License required.
