Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships to build strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Property & Casualty License required.
  • Strong computer and technical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
  • A positive team player who is self-motivated.
