Job Summary:

The On Call Event Technology Support Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating floor operations, which includes the setup, dismantling, and management of technological solutions within a hospitality setting, all while prioritizing outstanding customer service for our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all event setups and takedowns are executed in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
  • Welcome guests and clients prior to events, providing clear guidance on equipment usage.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to guarantee the success of all events.
  • Address all client requests promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client's event experience.
  • Keep accurate records of client event details within the company's management systems.
  • Review daily invoices with clients and secure their approval.
  • Adhere to all company security and safety protocols, remaining vigilant about equipment inventory and its secure storage.
  • Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition and suitable for rental.
  • Report any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment to management immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all company-occupied areas, meeting company standards.
  • Continuously seek to improve technical skills related to audio, video/data, staging, and networking.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the audiovisual or hospitality sectors.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
