Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Life Care Center of Hilton Head. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other essential tasks as directed.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current licensure and certification.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes patient-centered care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State and maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
