**POSITION OVERVIEW:**

Consistently embodies the ethos, principles, and customer engagement philosophy of our esteemed establishment in all job functions and interpersonal interactions. This role is pivotal in aiding the culinary team with all facets of preparation, service, and post-service activities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Facilitate the arrangement of auxiliary stations to ensure seamless service throughout the dining experience.

Provide refreshment service as patrons are seated and during their dining experience.

Support culinary staff with food delivery and clearing of used dishes.

Deliver bread to guests utilizing appropriate service methods.

Clear, re-linen, and reset tables, which includes cleaning seats, removing litter from the floor, and replacing empty candle holders.

Dispose of waste from the dining area after each shift and assist in maintaining cleanliness in common areas as required.

Ensure that ice bins are replenished and that iced tea and fresh coffee are prepared throughout service hours.

Assist in running glassware through the dishwasher and polishing to eliminate any blemishes.

Help in polishing cutlery and serving tools, including but not limited to: bread tongs, beverage pitchers, bread platters, and any stainless steel or silver serving items.

Attend to specific requests from management as operational needs dictate.

Perform any additional tasks as directed by upper management.

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS**

A minimum of six months of experience in a similar culinary support role (previous experience in Food & Beverage is advantageous).

**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS**

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
