- Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify patients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Provide consultation and training to other team members on mental health topics, including substance abuse and behavioral medicine.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in team meetings, case presentations, and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Master's degree in clinical psychology, behavioral science, clinical social work, or a related field.
- Licensure: Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Psychologist, or Masters-level licensure candidate.
- State license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing behavioral health services to a wide range of ages, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Experience with evidence-based counseling techniques.
- Experience working in EMR systems, NextGen preferred.
- Experience in coding and documentation, preferably with Medicare Advantage and HCC.
- Experience working with MS Office Suite.
- Clinical experience within an integrated care delivery system.
- Flexible, high-energy level, team player, and strong interest in health and fitness.
- Working knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief behavioral interventions for common mental health disorders.
