Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled PMHNP or APRN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a PMHNP or APRN, you will work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address both mental health and medical issues. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing medical assessments, initial H&Ps, follow-ups, and patient discharges. You will also participate in treatment team meetings to contribute insights into the patient's medical condition(s), discuss treatment options, and ensure that the overall care plan is comprehensive and cohesive.
Responsibilities
As a PMHNP or APRN, your primary duties will include:
- Conducting medical assessments, initial H&Ps, follow-ups, and patient discharges
- Working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement integrated treatment plans
- Participating in treatment team meetings to contribute insights into the patient's medical condition(s), discuss treatment options, and ensure that the overall care plan is comprehensive and cohesive
- Co-managing patients with complex medical comorbidities during their length of stay, alongside Psychiatrists, other mental health providers, and support staff
- Providing medical education to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications that may impact overall health
- Providing medical consults as needed in the General Adult units, Mission Resiliency Program (military, veterans, etc.), and Detox/SUD units
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Education: NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required
- Certifications: Post graduate PMHNP certificate required
- Licensure: Current Washington APRN license in good standing
- Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers
- Required Experience: 3+ years of prior work experience in a clinical NP/PA role required (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included)
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000-$180,000, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST/LT disability, and more. You will also receive malpractice insurance coverage, 25 days paid time off annually, 5 CME days, and reimbursable expenses. This is a full-time, employed W-2 position.
