As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to each client in working with a group and handling individual problems. You will also identify the possible need for professional services and communicate your findings to professional staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and support to clients
- Assist clients in working with a group and handling individual problems
- Identify the possible need for professional services and communicate findings to professional staff
- Facilitate residential daily schedule, including participating in and providing support to residents
- Provide transportation to residents for community outings and meetings
- Practice compliance with all policies, record keeping requirements, and assigned documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's level degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred
- Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus
