About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Fairfax Behavioral Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address those needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current license to practice nursing in Washington (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
- Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications, which are provided during Fairfax new hire training.
