We are currently seeking a Senior Human Capital Policy and Strategy Specialist to support a vital program within the Intelligence Community. This role requires an Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance. The successful candidate will collaborate with government personnel to:

  • Engage with academic institutions to promote career opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance in the administration and implementation of policies related to Human Capital leadership and management.
  • Prepare documentation for Congressionally Directed Actions.
  • Develop position papers and key talking points.
  • Monitor university grants to encourage student interest in the Intelligence Community.
  • Facilitate summer seminars in collaboration with universities.
  • Organize outreach meetings to connect with potential candidates.
  • Coordinate outreach initiatives with various Intelligence Community agencies.
  • Interface with key stakeholders across the Intelligence Community.
  • Manage activities such as seminar setups and outreach efforts.
  • Utilize tools such as MS Office, WebEx, and MS Teams for effective communication.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of relevant experience, a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience, or 24+ years of experience without a degree.
  • Possession of a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is mandatory.

Compensation Information

The pay range for this position is between $108,000 and $196,225. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Various factors, including job responsibilities, education, experience, and market alignment, will be considered in determining the final offer.
