The Leidos National Security Sector employs a comprehensive array of capabilities to assist our clients in their mission to counteract emerging global threats. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our intelligence clients have access to the necessary tools, technologies, and strategies to navigate a constantly changing security environment and succeed in safeguarding individuals and vital assets.

We are in search of a Senior Human Capital Policy and Strategy Specialist to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program. An active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is mandatory for consideration. The selected candidate will assist government personnel in the following areas:

  • Engaging with colleges and universities
  • Providing expert guidance in the administration, coordination, and execution of policies, procedures, and practices related to Human Capital leadership and management of the IC CAE program
  • Preparing for Congressionally Directed Actions
  • Developing issue papers and talking points
  • Monitoring University Grants to promote the IC as a career option for students
  • Conducting Summer Seminars in collaboration with universities
  • Planning outreach meetings
  • Coordinating outreach meetings with IC Agencies and ODNI
  • Interfacing with DNI (HC, HRM, EEO, DEI), 18 IC Agencies CHCOs, NARSIL Task 7, and DEIA Lead
  • Managing processes and activities such as setting up seminars and conducting outreach (both in-person and virtual), and monitoring federal grants
  • Utilizing tools such as MS Office, WebEx, and MS Teams

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of relevant experience, a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience, or no degree with 24+ years of experience
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is essential

Compensation Information

The anticipated pay range for this position is between $108,000 and $196,225. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation. Factors influencing the final offer may include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
