The Leidos National Security Sector employs a diverse array of capabilities to assist our clients in their mission to counteract evolving global threats. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our intelligence clients are equipped with the necessary tools, technologies, and strategies to navigate a constantly changing security environment and to succeed in safeguarding individuals and critical assets.

We are in search of a Senior Human Capital Policy and Strategy Specialist to support an Intelligence Community (IC) initiative. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory for consideration. The selected candidate will assist government personnel in the following areas:

  • Engaging with colleges and universities
  • Providing expert guidance in the administration, coordination, and execution of policies, procedures, and practices related to Human Capital leadership and management of the IC CAE program
  • Preparing materials for Congressionally Directed Actions
  • Drafting issue papers and talking points
  • Monitoring University Grants to promote interest in the IC as a career path
  • Conducting Summer Seminars in collaboration with universities
  • Organizing outreach meetings
  • Coordinating outreach meetings with IC Agencies and ODNI
  • Collaborating with DNI (HC, HRM, EEO, DEI), 18 IC Agencies CHCOs, NARSIL Task 7, and DEIA Lead
  • Managing processes and activities such as setting up seminars and conducting outreach (both in-person and virtual), and monitoring federal grants
  • Utilizing tools such as MS Office, WebEx, and MS Teams

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of relevant experience, a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience, or no degree with 24+ years of experience
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is between $108,000 and $196,225. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation. Various factors will be considered in extending an offer, including job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
