Sales and Service Responsibilities:

Aligns with organizational goals and collaborates with the Store Manager and Associate Manager(s) to ensure adherence to company values and priorities.

Models and cultivates a team environment that meets Coach's sales and service standards.

Implements sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth across all product categories.

Partners with management to adapt business strategies and enhance personal selling techniques to achieve store performance objectives.

Maximizes the role of floor supervisor to achieve strong metrics through effective team selling and engaging multiple customers.

Sales/Productivity Goals:

Communicates team objectives in collaboration with management, consistently monitors store performance, and drives sales through teamwork.

Productivity Management:

Holds the sales team accountable for individual productivity, demonstrating ownership and commitment to results.

Employs sales strategies, client engagement, and relationship management to drive business growth.

Develops and executes a clienteling strategy in partnership with management to meet business goals.

Stays informed about local market trends that may impact business performance and supports the execution of localized sales strategies.

Brand Representation:

Builds trust and credibility as a fashion advisor by staying attuned to market trends.

Creates positive experiences for both team members and customers by presenting a polished and professional appearance.

Acts as a brand ambassador within the local community to foster brand loyalty.

Coaches the team on integrating trends into customer interactions and influences purchasing decisions with a balanced approach.

Team Development:

Encourages long-term customer relationships to enhance business outcomes.

Continuously develops personal and team product knowledge to stay current with collections.

Collaborates with management to address business needs and ensures staffing aligns with operational demands.

Motivates and develops the team regularly to achieve performance goals using company resources.

Workplace Environment:

Fosters a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere that aligns with the company's vision.

Demonstrates leadership and accountability for both personal and team results.

Maintains professionalism and composure in all situations, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Operational Management:

Oversees daily operational tasks in accordance with Coach standards, including sales expectations and loss prevention.

Maintains communication with supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.

Utilizes retail systems and reporting tools effectively to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with retail systems.

Ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service.

Flexible schedule availability is required to meet business needs.
