Job Overview

As a Retail Sales Specialist at COS, you will be the welcoming presence that engages our customers and represents the essence of our brand. Your contribution is crucial in crafting inviting experiences that highlight the finest offerings of COS. With enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor, you will assist our customers throughout their shopping journey, providing authentic support and proactive service to enhance their experience. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Retail Sales Specialist, you will have the chance to deliver exceptional service to customers at every interaction. From initiating conversations to assisting at the checkout, fitting rooms, and across the sales floor, you will play an integral part in improving the shopping experience. Your duties will also encompass managing deliveries, restocking merchandise, and displaying the latest collections on the sales floor.

While prior experience in customer service and knowledge of fabric types are advantageous, they are not essential.

Compensation: Competitive salary.

Additional Information

This is a Part-Time position offering flexible hours ranging from 10 to 25 hours per week.
