The ideal candidate is well-versed in all aspects of product information, including features, benefits, materials, usage, design, and maintenance. The Retail Sales Specialist thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces a culture of constructive feedback and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Positively influences the business and store atmosphere in alignment with leadership and company objectives.
  • Drive and surpass sales targets by championing ALO's initiatives while enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Engage with customers to foster a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Continuously cultivate client relationships with our customers.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to analyze performance reports, strategize, and implement action plans focusing on areas for improvement and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ensure optimal sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as required.
  • Stay informed about store goals, company communications, initiatives, new product launches, and other essential information as required by the Store Leadership Team; educate on guest-facing initiatives on the sales floor.
  • Confidently present all aspects of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal insights and comprehensive knowledge.
  • Utilize company tools, incentives, and strategies to help achieve store objectives.
  • Quickly and effectively address client needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate guests and team members about our products, community, and culture.
  • Understand and uphold the daily schedule that prioritizes effective business strategies in partnership with Store Leadership.
  • Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all front and back of house procedures according to company policies.
  • Support various business areas, including Sales and Cashier, as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in a customer-focused sales environment.
  • Passionate about customer service and delivering outstanding experiences.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to blend enjoyment with work.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team.
  • Builds genuine connections through empathy, integrity, and trust.
Work Schedule

Part-Time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours. Full-Time associates should have open availability, 7 days a week.

All employees are required to work during the company's peak periods, including major holidays.
