We are excited to announce an opening for a Principal Architect - AdTech Customer Data and Identity. This role is essential in spearheading the development and execution of our customer identity framework across AdTech platforms.

In this capacity, you will play a critical role in designing an innovative identity solution that enhances personalized customer interactions and propels targeted advertising initiatives.

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in customer data systems, identity frameworks, and universal identifiers to construct a cohesive view of our clientele, facilitating precise ad targeting and activation across demand-side platforms (DSPs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a robust customer identity solution aligned with our organizational vision and objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AdTech, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our systems.
  • Utilize customer data platforms and identity frameworks to create unified customer profiles and improve personalization strategies.
  • Implement universal identifiers such as UID 2.0, PAIR, and ramp ID to enhance data interoperability and identity resolution.
  • Formulate strategies for the effective collection, management, and utilization of customer data while ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in an information technology solutions architecture role.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer identity management.
  • Extensive experience in AdTech, with a proven history of designing and implementing large-scale ad delivery systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, identity frameworks, and universal identifiers.
  • Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing.
  • Experience with data enrichment techniques and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools for performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Previous experience in architecting solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Familiarity with Data Clean Room concepts is a plus.
  • Experience with online user data privacy, including standard processes and Consent/Identity Management tools.
