Role Summary
The Customer Care Specialist I - V+ position acts as a vital connection between AppFolio and our clients, representing our company and fostering loyalty among our customers in the property management sector.
The Customer Care Specialist I, V+ will focus on delivering outstanding support to our Screening & FolioGuard clientele. This role is pivotal in promoting the understanding and utilization of these services, collaborating with the Customer Care V+ team to devise innovative solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
Your Contributions
- Engage with clients through various communication channels to manage relationships and ensure the effective handling of requests related to our Screening & FolioGuard services.
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients utilizing our Screening & Guard offerings.
- Educate clients on best practices and encourage service adoption.
- Relay valuable feedback directly to our Product Development team based on client insights.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks while adhering to response time expectations.
- Organized and effective in managing tasks and queues.
- Clear and concise communication skills with team members, management, and clients via phone, chat, and email.
- Open to feedback and views mistakes as opportunities for growth.
- Strong skills in building customer relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a strong focus on customer service.
- Able to collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment.
- Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
The anticipated hourly wage for this role is $25.50.
The actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's skills, education, and experience.
Base pay is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The indicated base pay range does not encompass additional benefits or bonuses that may be available based on the role and employment type.
