Job Overview

HSI is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and nurturing relationships with prospects, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Identify and research new business opportunities through industry trends, market analysis, and competitor research.
    • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to drive new business growth.
  • Relationship Building and Account Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, needs assessment, and solution development.
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand existing client relationships.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand existing client relationships.
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 1-2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) software or technology industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and market analysis skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and other sales-related software.
