Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business Initiatives by engaging and securing new clients across various product categories.
  • Work in partnership with cross-departmental teams to maximize new business prospects in multiple markets.
  • Facilitate the transition of clients to the Account Management team for ongoing relationship management.
  • Track sales performance and liaise with the Vice President regarding goal achievement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Persistent and determined approach.
  • Proficient presentation skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Eagerness to learn about new products and systems.
  • Experience in the food sector is advantageous.
