About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Specialist to join our team at our store in Melbourne, FL. As a Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with the store team to maintain a clean and well-presented store, and you will be responsible for promoting in-store events and company programs.

You'll Bring to the Role
  • Prior retail experience or customer-focused experience.
  • Passion for styling and love of working with people.
  • Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.
