Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

Coastal Hyundai is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, from initial inquiry to post-purchase follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
