About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent French Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers through active listening and empathy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal)
  • High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or public relations, or sales
  • Experience in a luxury field (hospitality or brand product) is a plus
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
