Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct vehicle condition assessments and communicate information to customers to facilitate the appraisal process.
  • Check in and receive vehicles, complete daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory, and perform cosmetic inspections to ensure vehicles meet our quality standards.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, and contacting finance companies regarding customer contracts.
  • Create service appointments and review repair order invoices for retail service work performed, ensuring accuracy of documentation for billing.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Display confidence in self, the product, and our company, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) preferred.
