Job Title: Customer Experience Guide

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Experience Guide to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through personalized onboarding sessions, product knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized onboarding experiences for customers, focusing on vehicle features, benefits, and new elements.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on product knowledge and service support, achieved through extensive product training.
  • Communicate with customers upon receipt of details, including areas of interest and preferred contact method.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions via phone or video, actively listening to customers and adjusting the interaction in a casual, conversational manner.
  • Document and record notable customer verbatims during the experience and provide feedback to the USCX team.
  • Assist Percepta leadership in managing the overall execution of the program, providing program summaries and metrics.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with Percepta Leadership and the CX Team to discuss program status, updates, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training, public relations, public affairs, sales, marketing, customer service, or any combination thereof.
  • 1-3 years of experience in in-person or retail customer relations and/or luxury brand experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and passion for the Automotive Industry and cutting-edge technology.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interject personality into face-to-face or audio interactions.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to fit the style of others, diagnose issues quickly, and resolve with patience and empathy.
  • Comfortable with technology, including video conferencing and social media applications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with strong multi-tasking skills, organizational, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
