Position Overview:
This role is crucial for the effective operation of our retail outlets.

Retail sales representatives engage directly with both wholesale and retail clients to assess their requirements, address inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams offerings, and suggest suitable solutions.

They are also responsible for swiftly addressing any customer issues to ensure optimal client satisfaction while keeping abreast of product features and upholding the high quality and visual standards of both the products and the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Assist customers in-store and via phone by identifying their needs and presenting relevant products and services.
  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with wholesale and retail clients.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
  • Restock shelves and create appealing displays.
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Support delivery operations as required.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and discuss available options with customers.
  • Adhere to inventory management protocols.
  • Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for a work visa.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language, including Spanish.
