As a Clinical Administrative Coordinator, you will work in coordination with the Clinical Nurse Manager/Director to ensure that work is accomplished safely and effectively for assigned units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop nursing staff through mentoring, coaching, and education
  • Provide clinical support and leadership
  • Manage patient flow and support emergencies
Requirements
  • RN Massachusetts license required
  • BSN degree
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • 5 years of nursing experience, with at least one year as a charge/lead
  • Critical Care Experience
