- Build and maintain relationships with key multi-disciplinary clinical stakeholders, including nurses, doctors, and procurement teams.
- Gather insights and feedback from end-users to inform future strategies and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related clinical field.
- Previous experience in clinical sales support or a related field, particularly in medical devices or hospital equipment.
- Strong understanding of patient care environments and the clinical applications of hospital beds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to address client inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
