Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive schedules, including travel arrangements and team meetings
- Manage office operations, including filing systems and equipment maintenance
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes
- Organize incoming information and report details to the executive
- Ensure timely completion of basic bookkeeping duties
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- 2+ years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role
- Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
