About the Position:

We are seeking a Business Growth Representative to join our team at Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and increase revenue in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and relationship-building.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property management companies, HOAs, and real estate companies.\
  • Travel throughout our service area to meet with potential clients and existing partners.\
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.\
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to travel throughout our service area.\
