About the Role
This semi-virtual position requires excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. As an Account Executive, you will lead and nurture relationships with clients, expand Prolifics' footprint in the market, and enhance the value of our solutions and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and close new client business by meeting and exceeding assigned quota, building territory revenue, prospecting, and closing accounts through individual initiative and leveraging marketing and technical support teams.
- New logo hunting - 20-30% of quota will consist of net new business.
- Uncover new buyers within existing accounts and secure new signings.
- Carry a revenue target over $5 million USD.
- Partner with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams through the entire sales cycle.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to close.
Requirements
- Currently carrying an annual revenue target over $5 million USD.
- 5+ years demonstrated experience selling to target domains: Retail, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, or SLED.
- Proven track record of success managing a large territory, demand generation, strategic territory and account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, and effective communication via sale presentation skills.
- Strong sales acumen with significant experience in consultative selling.
- In-depth understanding of sales process and cycle for technical solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
Prolifics offers a comprehensive suite of benefits to maintain good health, wellness, and financial security. The estimated salary for this role is between $100,000 - $150,000 USD per annum, plus an uncapped commission structure. Expected targets are between $5-10 million USD.
