Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill the position of Talent Acquisition and HR Manager at Sierra Post Acute. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the staffing process, developing training materials, and maintaining HR systems.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Employee Relations: Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
  • Performance Management: Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Two years of college education preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience within an HR department.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
