Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Greet and welcome guests, making them feel at ease in the office environment.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to visitors, staff, and stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, kitchen spaces, and meeting rooms, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  • Offer administrative support to various departments, including data entry, mail distribution, and inventory management.
  • Assist with event preparations, such as creating nametags and table tents.
  • Support the Sr. Admin Assistant with tasks like data entry, inventory management, and meeting room setup.
  • Act as a backup for monitoring the general information email inbox.
Requirements
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivation, with a capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of databases and Office365 products, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • High school diploma or related experience, with a minimum of two years' office experience preferred.
