En tant que Engagement Success Specialist chez Relyance AI, vous serez chargé de superviser l'implémentation, l'adoption et l'expérience de fidélisation pour votre portefeuille de clients. Vous devrez établir la confiance et développer des relations avec divers intervenants clients (à tous les niveaux, y compris la direction) et élaborer des plans de succès conjoints avec eux pour garantir qu'il existe un plan clair pour résoudre les défis du client. Vous serez un conseiller technique de confiance tout en communiquant la valeur de la plateforme Relyance AI.

En tant qu'Engagement Success Specialist, votre rôle comprendra :

  • Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre en profondeur leurs besoins et défis tout en développant et en exécutant des plans stratégiques pour atteindre leurs résultats commerciaux souhaités avec Relyance AI.
  • Diriger l'implémentation technique de Relyance AI pour les comptes assignés, en veillant à une expérience d'intégration fluide et à une adoption maximale du produit.
  • Exploiter des points de données pour comprendre la santé des clients, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les données d'utilisation et de communication.
  • Posséder le processus de renouvellement pour votre portefeuille client, en gérant proactivement les renouvellements et en garantissant des taux de fidélisation élevés.
  • Devenir un expert produit sur la plateforme Relyance AI. Comprendre ses capacités techniques et travailler efficacement avec les équipes techniques des clients.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de vente, d'ingénierie et de produit pour garantir un parcours client sans faille, de la pré-vente à l'utilisation continue du produit.

Ce rôle pourrait vous convenir si vous apportez :

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion et la promotion de l'adoption auprès de comptes d'entreprise.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans une entreprise SaaS technique où vous pouvez démontrer une compréhension technique du produit.
  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans l'implémentation d'un produit technique complexe.
  • Un historique de dépassement des objectifs de renouvellement et de promotion de relations clients à long terme.
  • Capacité à traduire des concepts techniques complexes en langage clair et concis pour des publics techniques et non techniques.
  • Expérience dans l'implémentation de produits SaaS liés à la cybersécurité, aux données, à l'infrastructure ou à l'observabilité.

  • Expérience avec le code dans vos emplois précédents, à l'école ou dans un projet personnel ou expérience d'implémentation SaaS technique.
  • Un diplôme en sciences informatiques.
