Your Role:

As the Marketing & Community Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing North Beta Labs' presence within the web3 ecosystem. This full-time position is designed for proactive individuals eager to make a significant impact.

Your Mission:

Your objective is to establish North Beta Labs as a frontrunner in the web3 domain. You will devise and implement marketing initiatives while boosting community involvement, reinforcing our reputation as the leading GPU Cloud Service Marketplace.

Your Sphere of Influence:

  • Community Engagement: Cultivate and maintain a vibrant Discord community, addressing the needs of its members.
  • Marketing Innovation: Formulate and execute a marketing strategy that elevates our brand and captivates audiences.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives around our brand that resonate with our target audience.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Oversee product launches, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to market leader.
  • Brand Stewardship: Safeguard and enhance the North Beta Labs brand across all platforms.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to guide strategies and assess the effectiveness of your initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in marketing or community management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, including Google Analytics.
  • A genuine interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI, and GPU technologies.
  • A passion for innovation and disruptive technologies.
