Position Summary
We are in search of a talented Client Engagement Specialist to enhance our team. This role is crucial for the advancement and prosperity of PM2CM, focusing on nurturing robust client relationships, uncovering potential business opportunities, and contributing to the overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are consistently met or surpassed.
  • Identify and actively seek new business opportunities, performing market research and analysis to create a solid sales pipeline.
  • Formulate and implement effective business strategies aimed at expanding the company's client portfolio.
  • Lead sales discussions with prospective clients and successfully finalize new business agreements.
  • Collaborate with fellow business development team members to secure new business and drive sales revenue.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to engage with potential clients and promote PM2CM's offerings.
  • Monitor and report on essential sales metrics, providing comprehensive analysis on performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a comparable role within the management consulting field.
  • Strong comprehension of the construction and project management services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting effective business strategies and broadening client bases.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, working alongside colleagues from various departments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms is advantageous.
