JOB SUMMARY
The Epic Patient Experience Analyst is essential in refining the patient journey by utilizing Epic's MyChart and Welcome functionalities. This position demands a thorough comprehension of Epic's offerings, alongside experience in Ambulatory or Cadence modules. The ideal candidate will possess certifications in MyChart and Welcome, coupled with a robust background in patient experience and system deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- MyChart and Welcome Oversight: Manage and facilitate the implementation, enhancement, and upkeep of MyChart and Welcome modules within the Epic framework to improve patient interactions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Examine patient experience metrics and system performance data to uncover trends, challenges, and areas for enhancement.
- Configuration and Support: Aid in the setup of MyChart and Welcome features to align with organizational objectives and boost patient engagement.
- Collaboration: Partner with IT, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to resolve patient experience challenges and system-related issues.
- Training and Documentation: Create and present training resources for end-users, along with detailed documentation for system processes and configurations.
- Project Management: Assist in managing projects related to Epic system improvements, upgrades, and new implementations, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Qualifications:
- Certifications: Required certifications in MyChart and Welcome; Ambulatory or Cadence certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience with Epic MyChart and Welcome modules, along with a solid understanding of Ambulatory or Cadence systems.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Epic system configurations and troubleshooting, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Project Management: Experience in managing or supporting large-scale IT initiatives, preferably within a healthcare context.
- Adaptability: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to adjust to evolving project demands.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid Work Schedule: A blend of onsite and remote work, with regular onsite presence required.
- Contract Duration: Initial contract of 6 months with potential extensions based on project requirements.
