We are in search of a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to enhance our records and imaging department. In this position, you will take on responsibilities related to maintaining records, organizing files for both physical and digital documentation, and providing essential support to the Production Clerk and Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Nuance Power PDF
  • Ability to efficiently manage electronic data conversion and manipulation
  • Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage and related software
  • Efficiently sorting and processing daily correspondence
  • Contributing to our transition towards a paperless office environment
  • Systematically organizing and filing both electronic and physical records
  • Analyzing incoming data and documents for effective sorting
  • Creating organized file indexes to facilitate discovery and court filings
  • Assisting with various projects as needed
  • Generating electronic and physical files as required
  • Scanning and uploading documents into document management systems using various software tools
  • Regularly handling document pick-up and delivery tasks
  • Updating and managing files for archiving purposes
  • Participating in daily file room operations, including moving and lifting boxes
  • Performing digital media duplication tasks
  • Conducting file conversions as necessary
  • Proficiently operating scanners, copiers, and other office equipment
  • Serving as a backup for the Production Clerk and Receptionist roles
