Job Overview

The Coordinator for the Anti-Violence Community Partnership Grants (AVCPG) will oversee the activities related to the anti-violence community partnership grant program, ensuring compliance with the agreements established with AVCPG grantees. The program encompasses two primary grant types: Community Expansion Grants (CEG) and Targeted Community Investment Grants (TCIG).

Key Responsibilities

The AVCPG Coordinator will undertake the following essential functions:

1. Monitor programmatic activities and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

2. Develop and maintain organized systems for document management, routing, and tracking.

3. Evaluate grant applications, agreements, and contracts to ensure clarity on monitored activities.

4. Conduct regular site visits and ongoing monitoring to verify compliance with grant agreements and contracts.

5. Collaborate with fiscal analysts to ensure synchronization between financial and programmatic activities as per grant agreements.

6. Review and assess grantee programmatic reports for compliance with established agreements.

7. Prepare and submit routine progress reports regarding grant-funded initiatives.

8. Communicate feedback and concerns to the AVCPG Program Manager, particularly in instances where:
    a. Activities do not align with grant agreements.
    b. Performance does not meet expectations.
    c. Grantees or contractors require technical assistance and capacity-building support.

9. Adhere to established policies and procedures.

Support Responsibilities

Assist with the activities of the Anti-Violence Community Partnership Technical Assistance and evaluation contracts, which may include:

- Supporting site visits, focus groups, on-site evaluations, and interviews as necessary.
- Conducting data entry as required.
- Administering participant surveys as needed.
- Facilitating coordination between grantees and vendors.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
