The Retail Client Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of client interaction with the SKAI management platform. This position is key to ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing their ability to utilize SKAI for enhanced campaign outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to foster excellence and growth in their marketing initiatives across platforms such as Amazon, Google, Walmart, and others.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of best practices in performance-driven and application-focused marketing.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding all SKAI-related inquiries.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for clients to effectively manage their daily operations on the SKAI platform.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Deliver value in every client interaction by understanding their business needs and positioning SKAI as a vital partner.
- Support Client Success Directors in promoting client retention and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Engage with clients regularly to assess their satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with product development, sales, technical account management, and engineering teams to drive innovation and capitalize on market opportunities.
Success Metrics:
- Client adoption of new SKAI features.
- Year-over-year collaborative growth.
- Consistent delivery of actionable marketing recommendations to clients.
- Development of strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Increased client investment in our services.
Qualifications:
- A demonstrated growth mindset.
- Strong empathy for clients and a service-oriented approach.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, analytics, account management, or client services.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 1 year of experience managing retail advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon or Walmart.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other technical tools.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets and conduct detailed client audits to identify needs or workflow gaps.
- Experience with SKAI or similar retail marketing platforms is preferred.
- Agency experience is a plus but not mandatory.
