Job Title: Switch Implementation Specialist

At Fidelity Information Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Switch Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology consulting team, you will work on complex projects to meet specific client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work individually or within a team to deliver technology business consulting projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between end-users and consultants during consulting projects.
  • Research and document client needs, technology, and regulations related to system design, enhancement, and acquiring hardware or software.
  • Define product scope, objectives, and requirements, and create detailed specifications for product development and testing.
  • Analyze marketplace, industry, company, technology trends, and best practices, and recommend solutions to consulting teams.
  • Devises and/or modifies processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-12 years of experience in IST Switch/Data Navigator and IST Clearing.
  • Experience in C/C++/Unix, and ideally with payments background.
  • Architect experience is an added advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of FIS products and services and financial services industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems development life cycles.
  • Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML), use cases, etc.
