The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams, engage with customers, and leverage technical and project management skills to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of customer implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and objectives, translating them into appropriate product configurations.
  • Train customers on the use of the software, including best practices and workflow optimization.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet project milestones and ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of software implementation experience
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
