Job Title: Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our products within our most complex and strategically important partner accounts. Your expertise will be critical in establishing value and driving growth with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in our product suite, configuration space, and implementation processes.
  • Lead the onboarding of client partners, focusing on technical components to ensure customer success.
  • Configure our solutions to meet customer needs using flagging and content management systems.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on Obligo best practices and potential changes to their business processes to maximize value and user experience.
  • Collaborate with our go-to-market team for product technical questions.
  • Assist the Sales team in analyzing partner use cases and advising on solutions and implementation timelines.
  • Interface with our Research and Development team to ensure successful project implementations.
  • Develop a repeatable framework for partner implementation and delivery.
  • Maintain a repository of best practices and solutions for partner implementations.
  • Become an expert in leading Property Management and Leasing software and their interactions with Obligo products.
  • Recommend new product features and associated requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a solution engineer or comparable customer-facing technical role in a SaaS software company with bespoke integrations.
  • Experience with software in accounting, AP, AR, billing, or collection is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with implementing or integrating with property management software is ideal.
  • Familiarity with the real estate software industry and/or accounting principles is a plus.
  • Highly organized with a problem-solving mindset.
  • A willingness to experiment, make mistakes, and learn.
  • Must reside in the NYC metro area.
