Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- File and organize paperwork as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Process incoming jobs and prepare invoices
- Enter A/P and A/R invoices and perform data entry tasks
About the Role:
This part-time position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and good communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.
Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (dependent on location)
