Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Specialist to support our revenue department's growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to build valuable industry connections and hone your project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt quickly in a generalist role, assisting across sales, operations, product operations, and brand partnerships.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of key deal information in our CRM and document management systems, including Purchase Orders and shipping details.
- Create detailed Purchase Orders by synthesizing data from our marketplace and buyer/seller preferences.
- Facilitate communication among internal and external teams to streamline the order process.
- Maintain a dashboard of offers and deals, ensuring smooth transitions from submission to shipment.
- Manage the order lifecycle, from understanding buyer and seller preferences to ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced operations or retail environment is preferred.
- Highly organized and motivated to work efficiently.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt across various functional areas.

The compensation for this position ranges from $66,000 to $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
